I am a bestselling author, speaker, and the founding president of Clear Concept Inc., a global training organization. For the last 20 years, my team and I have trained some of the world’s busiest people, helping them reclaim their time and empowering them to perform at their best.

We work with people across industries, including law, finance, insurance, healthcare, consumer goods, and automotive. Our practical workshops, coaching, and online training are designed to translate theory into practical strategies, so you can transform the way you work – and live.

As a keynote speaker, I have presented to thousands of people around the world, instilling what I've learned into compelling talks about productivity, collaboration, mindset, and wellbeing.

Before launching Clear Concept, Ann was a Management Consultant with Kearney, and has an MBA from Queen’s University where she was President of the MBA class. She also has an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Biology and Psychology) from McMaster University.

Ann’s latest book, Workday Warrior, received an honourable mention for The Globe & Mail’s best management books. Ann is also the bestselling author of The Email Warrior.

Ann has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Globe & Mail, and has appeared on CBC Radio, national television, and other major news outlets and online platforms.
